Child adoption advocates have come together to create Heart Gallery portrait exhibits to feature children from their areas who dream of finding a “forever family”. From California to Florida, these dedicated Heart Gallery planners add their own creativity and with hard work and the generosity of their communities; they help these special children find their forever adoptive family.
